Northern Michigan Weddings – Bigger, Better, Different, Unusual, not Extreme
It seems as if everyone who is about to have a wedding these days wants a bigger and better one than their friends, even if they are on a budget. And there are plenty of places a soon-to-be-wedded couple could hold their wedding ceremony that is different or out of the ordinary that isn’t at an amusement park, on a rollercoaster that grandma won’t go on, or underwater that only pictures will tell the tale to those who don’t swim.
One of the more unusual, yet not strange, places to hold a matrimonial ceremony is the North Michigan Weddings where a beautiful castle sits waiting for wonderful celebrations for all types of couples.
In a castle in Northern Michigan, there are several different gardens and rooms available for weddings of various sizes and styles. If you and your beloved are planning a small, intimate wedding, then one of the smaller rooms would be perfect and decorating would be quick and easy for the staff which handles all your needs.
Don’t worry if you live in another city or state, a Michigan wedding will be perfect because the staff at the castle is excellent at what they do and what they do is plan weddings and make sure they go off as planned and exactly as the couple wants.
If a couple wants a ‘fairytale’ wedding with that old world feeling, then the castle in the field next to a beautiful lake would make a great place to say the ‘I-do’s’ to one another with all their family and friends present. This would qualify as a destination wedding if you do not live in the area and you would want to send out the announcements at least two to three months in advance so people could make arrangements to take off work and get hotel reservations in the nearby towns.
One of the best parts about being married in this old castle is the photo opportunities that waits at every entrance, a flower covered stone wall, garden full of flowers or window overlooking the wonderful lake.
